[BD] Feedback - Deal with Data

Notes:
This is reference from one of the projects where comparison of data sources was very important.
The data for status of deliverables came from several contractors and in almost every case, data coming in was either incorrect or misleading. Establishment of the database as a central tool for 'resolving true status' was implemented on the project. 
We are trying to show our clients here that it's the same for project review. Inconsistencies in source data needs to be resolved continually before, during and after the review.
